Beautiful macro capture of the adoarble butterfly! The sharpness and POV are very well done. The shallow DOF works great here. The contrast between the colors of the butterfly and the blurred BG, is simply awesome. Very well seen!

Though this is a fine sharp capture taken in very good lighting, it is very difficult to ID this because there is so much missing from the hind wings. However the spots on the underside rule out a Lycaena sp. and suggest a species of Plebejus, probably a ssp of idas.

A beautiful capture of this butterfly with colors, sharpness & details. One wonders about this butterfly with torn & worn out wings as to where he/she has been, how many kilometers has it traveled & how many flowers has it visited?

Again, I'm not an expert, but I got a small dutch book with very beautiful photos. It says me that this is a plebeius argus.
Excellent photo in good sharpness, details, natural colours and composition. Very nice OOF BG.
