A superb sharp capture showing L. virgaureae with its wings closed with fine lighting and colours in this frame-filling capture.
Maybe you could have removed the little 'spike' at the top, then it would have been even better!

Ciao Roberto,
anche ad ali chiuse spettacolare, quella di ieri senz'altro meritava molto di più, ma i riconoscimenti di TN non sono attendibili, a parte un certo differenziale che ottengono immagini valide in assoluto, bellissimi colori ed eccellente definizione, molto bella la composizione che penso sia stata frutto di un ritaglio oculato, peccato per lo stelo sfocato che copre l'antenna.

Very well taken macro shot of the adorable butterfly!
Great sharpness and from a well chosen POV. The shallow DOF works great here. The colors are very natural and shown very well in the shot. I like the textures on the wings of the butterfly and especially its warm colors. Great work!
