Your "polygonal" b.fly looks so fine on the contrasty daisies and against the dark BG. A beautiful composition indeed!

Ciao Maurizio,mi sa che oggi svendevano i colori e ne hai approfittato..forse un po' troppo...la Polygonia e' decisamente oltre ogni limite dei rossi,e' l'unico difetto di una foto eccellente con una qualita' dei dettagli strepitosa come pure la composizione e la posizione diagonale del soggetto.Vorrei chiederti un consiglio visto che sei un grande esperto,perche' quando uso tempi da 1/500 in su lasciando iso 125 e l'f. automatico,le foto tendono a colorarsi di azzurognolo? Grazie per la cosulenza...buona giornata,LUCIANO

Ciao Maurizio. Ottima situazione di luce per esaltare i brillanti colori(a mio parere con un filo di saturazione di troppo (lo stesso che anche a me spesso prende la mano)- e posizione della farfalla per creare una buona diagonale. Superlativo il dettaglio.

Bonjour Maurizio,
Tu avances vraiment à grands pas..ravie de voir cette belle composition en trois versions, l'une plus belle que l'autre. Mais finalement j'aurais fait le même choix que toi. L'automne avec ses asters et papillons a quand même beaucoup de charme!

A rare sight on TN, Maurizio. This butterfly is unique by virtue of its different yet interesting looks. Could not think of a better posture you were lucky to capture it in. Those fresh flowers it sits on add tremendously to the appeal of this superb shot.

Hi Maurizio . The comma is one of the most colourful butterflies to be seen first in Southern England. This is a first class close up. With a top POV letting us see the wing markings with fine detail. All with rich colours. well taken TFS.
