Hello Sabine,
Superb detail in this close-up of a Downy Emrald. The down, legs and the eye are razor sharp and the irridescent reflection on the thorax is beautiful. This first class shot is spoilt a little by the hexagonal reflection of the flash on the eye, but that's the photographer's trademark!
