Hello Andrea,
This is a beautiful capture of a dragonfly taken from an excellent POV with fine sharpness against a superb dark BG.
But this is not L. depressa!
This is a fine male Orthetrum cancellatum.
L. depressa has yellow spots all along the side of the body, a broader body, and dark areas on the wing nearest to the body.
