Paesaggio steppico della sicilia centro meridionale. In questa parte della sicilia c'è in atto un processo di desertificazione. La steppa sta prendendo il sopravvento.In particolare si tratta di praticelli effimeri. Sono gli ambienti dove vivono molte delle orchidee siciliane. Questo paesaggio è stato scattato sulle colline ad est di Gela.

you have send in a very nice photo, the point of view is very nice and the sky is fantastic. I have try to make a WS for a better composition, well I hope you like it, very good job.

Welcome Emilio,
Beautiful scenery here.
However a bit unsharp at some places.
Workshop is good. Compo is better in workshop. That said ...picture has atmosphere...

Very beautiful landscape and sky, reminds of Africa.Why is this part of Sicilia in un processo di desertificatione? Not enough rain or other reason?
