I think there are some good elements in this image, the colors and the swansand the relections, but I see a few trouble spots. The image is overexposed, particularly in the sky area. It is not always necessary to include the sky in an image. If there is too much contrast in a scene then one either has to eliminate the sky, use a graduated filter or do some postprocessing on the image. It is usually better and easier if the image has a more even exposure to start with. Secondly the image needs to be rotated to the left. I think if you had been able to move a little to the left you may have avoided getting the structure in the image, gotten more of the colored trees and still gotten the swans. I did a quick workshop to illustrate some of this but it is harder to do it after the fact.
