A very nice crystal clear shot of these grey geese. The lighting is very nice in this capture which allows the viewer to enjoy a lot of the wonderful detail. :)

Chapeau mi amiga... verdaderamente debo sacarme el sombrero con esta captura en pleno vuelo.
Es indudable que la Canon 1D funciona a las mil maravillas con esa lente y logras resultados espectaculares como este.
Gran luminosidad, gran colorido, perfecta exposición.

I have to say, that I rather rare comment bird picture because this is not my favourite group of vertebrates. But this picture is really nice :) The birds looks like during "synchronous fly" :)

Woo that is some close quarter flying!

Looks like they're coming into land with the undercarriage down. Nice capture with very fast shutter keeping all the detail frozen. Gorgeous blue sky leaves no distractions for the subjects.

Hello Andrea,

What a wonderful capture of a formation flight of these two geese! Placing the subjects into one of the strongest points of the picture is a guarantee of a good composition! Also the birds have plenty of space in front of them to glide into. The background is as good as it gets! The plain blue sky enhances your picture and also adds to the overall contrast! Very well done!
The colors are well saturated and look natural! The details are fine and sharpness is consistent throughout the whole body of the birds. Great job on the exposure too. It's easy to mis-expose these kind of shots but you managed well! The details in the underwing are still clearly visible even if in shadow! Outstanding job! TFS!

I love this shot. Both geese are in perfect sharp focus. The colors are well saturated. It is asthetically pleasing with both geese frozen in almost identical pose. I have never seen a shutter speed of 1/5000. Wow...it works!!! A favorite.

I knew there was sincronized swimming as a sport...but sincronized flying...never heared of it :)))
This is a splendid double in-flight that deserves all the compliments!
The fact that you freezed the action is great, but the fact that you managed to catch both of them in the exact same pose is just fantastic!!!
