Ringlet
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
This is a Ringlet Butterfly Alhantopus hyperantus. The cream coloured ringed eye-spots from which the butterfly gets it's common name, really make identification of this butterfly quite easy
Feed mostly on bramble blossom and grasses, and winter is passed as a caterpillar. Size is 19-21mm, flying normally between June and August. |

Hi Rimantas, I like your shot, nice DOF and tones for a beautiful composition. It is a pity the plant in the way, I tryed a rude and fast workshop, hope you like!

The buterfly is beautiful, but the "bug" over the wings it's a pity.
