I think it is a Large Skipper (Ochlodes venatus ). I took this in dene in coast of Baltic sea. Skipper is a small brown butterfly with orange-brown markings on the upperside of the wings. It rests with forewings held above hindwings and is consequently easily mistaken for a moth.
Crop, contrasted, blured background, resized to 800 pixels for the site.
