It looks like a butterfly, but this moth is called Zygaena Oxytropis or Six Spot burnet moth.
It moves its wings very fast like a fly , this moth has poison in its blood, a 'present' for the attackers, these colours are very typical to poisonous insects in nature.

Beautiful, lethal colors. I like the pov and the background blur. I was going to complain about sharpness but then read your note about the fast moving wings.
