[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Blue Tit is the second most common Tit in Luxembourg, Great Tit being the most common.
Quite often there is a heavy competion between these two species to occupy nestboxes. To give a chance to the smaller species we are using two different sizes of the entrance of the nestbox. 32 mm for everybody including Tree and House Sparrow as well as other Tits. A 26-28 mm Nestbox is only intended for Blue Tit, the entrance being too small for almost all the other species.
