Hello Boshko, this Tortoise looks like a Spur-thighed tortoise (Testudo graeca). not a bad image the out of focus plant stalk across the shell distracts from the shot some what.

I am not sure wether you realise it, but it is a requirement of the Terms of service (TOS) for posting images to TN to inclued informative notes about your subject, and that images can be removed for not having them . usually something about where and how you captured the image,also some details about your subject or if you do not know what it is some details of size type of habit you found it in, have a look round the site and see wht some of the more experienced member do.
