Hello Jacob,
You beat us here in Sweden to it with this fine capture of the Black-tailed Godwit! Nice and sharp, lovely lighting and contrasting grassy BG and a fine comp.
They are reported to have arrived but it willtake a week or so before I can photograph it myself.

Ik ben het even kwijt. Was dit nou het honderd gulden briefje? Echt een super mooie foto, met perfect detail en een heerlijke scherpte diepte. Perfect qua helderheid en je lage POV maakt dat de vogel los komt van de achtergrond. De glinstering in het oog is gewoon super.

Hi Jacob,
Very nice capture of this fellow in an environment I'm not used to seeing them in. In NZ they are pretty much a coastal bird and found on sandy beaches. I've posted a couple recently. This one has great exposure and equally good light.
