[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
For many people green frogs are just green frogs. No big deal. For those who are interestedI can tell that this is the largest of the northwestern European frogs. Rana ridibunda, which means laughing frog -refering to the laughing call-, can hybridise with Rana lessonae. The result of many hybrids having a multiple crossback with one of the two species (R.r of R.l.) is called the green frog complex (Rana esculenta synklepton). Whenever fertile the mix of these two species can be called Rana klepton esculenta (Edible frog). Quite complicated isn't it?

This is a true Rana ridibunda. To be sure you have to catch it and look at the rear leg and look at the digging knob (I don't know the true English name for that). In the workshop you can see what it looks like for Rana ridibunda.

This is a very and descriptive photo of this typical Rana ridibunda.
Indeed, the inner metatarsal tubercle is a sure way to distinguish the 3 species of the green complex, and you show that very well here in your WS.
Very good details and great, typical colors for these frods.
Excellent POV, too and very nice eye-contact with your subject.

I am one of those people who are interested in frogs.
The low POV is very good.
Excellent eye contact with good focus and sharpness of detail.
The colour and textures of the skin show well.
