This one taken in nat. parc. West-Fries wold.
It's a sand dune reservate Aekingerzand or Kale duinen.
One of my favorate reservates in the Netherlands.
I hope you like it.

Hallo Gert,

Dit is en blijft toch wel een echt Nederlands landschap. Volgens mij heb je dit soort landscahppen niet echt in de buurt, of heb jij daar andere ideeen over? Misschien op de Duitse laagvlakte een soort gelijk landschap te vinden is. In ieder geval een foto die mij zeer aanspreekt. De compositie is goed overdacht. Alle ingredienten van dit landschap zijn bij elkaar gevoegd. Zand, heide, heuveltjes en dennen. Oh ja bijna vergeten, blauwe lucht met Hollandse wolken. Wat wil je nog meer.

This really is a lovely scene. These dunes look fascinating with the beautiful tree and the other growth in the sand. I love the sky and the wonderful clouds - especially the one behind the tree. An excellent composition.

Hi Gert. This looks very much like part of Southern England where i live. I can see you took this picture last summer and i look forward to this one . You have good detail and colours. I like the shape of the tree blown by the wind when young and small. well done TFs.
