I don't think I have ever seen Darters mating while resting on a leaf before. Fantastic capture. Colors and details are wonderful. The workshop gives a nice close-up view but I agree with your choice of posting this version.

Amazing that you could see a Pair of S. striolatum in copulo at this time of the year!
Nicely captured on the turning leaves from a great POV with fine sharpness and lighting. I prefer this image to the closely cropped one in the WS.
