Wonderful action shot. The white BG focusses the viewers attention on the bird, whilst the sharp head and eye with blurred wings create a great shot which maintains the sense of movement.

Wow! What an impressing POV!!! Great details and excellent exposition in order to see all the feathers... I'm even surprised that you used a -1/3 exposure compensation with a result of a perfect exposition on the "black" bird and getting that so white sky...
