Hello Marie,
A fine macro of this remarkable small Syrphid fly taken with excellent sharpness on the white flower from a great POV that allows us to see the features, especially the thick femurs of the hind legs. Nicely composed too.

Un nom vraiment spécial pour ce syrphe gourmand! Je vois sur tes deux images qu'ils se caractérisent par des espèces de "biceps" sur les pattes-arrière. Belle fleur blanche, est-ce que c'est une espèce de rose sauvage?

bellissima cattura di questa sirfide in una posa delicata, splendida composizione con il bellissimo secondo piano bianco che crea un ottimo contrasto anche per i giochi di luci ed ombre e stupendo BG dai colori caldi, ottima definizione dei dettagli dell'insetto.

Good shot of this hoverfly on a large flower. Good exposure with the whites not too over-exposed. I like teh way he's ballanced on the stamens.
Good composition and sharpness.

You have pictured a wonderful scene. Flower, surroundings create a nice framing of the cute little hoverfly. I am impressed with exactness of an exposure. Petals are reproduced very well as well as the details of the insect. Smooth BG is very nice too. My best regards and kind wishes.
