[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Another shot at the butterflygarden at the Artis Zoo.

This time the Paper Kite (Idea leuconoe)
This butterfly lives in Southern China, Maleisia all the way to the Fillipians. It's a very large butterfly with wings up to 17cm.
No bird tries to eat this species because it's poisonous. Because of it's huge wings. it flies really slow, and glides most of the time trough the air.

I resized the picture to fit it for TN, reduced some noise, and sharpened it a very little bit.

Coming to your picture of a butterfly, it is a very good shot -- well composed and colourful.
You have also removed the BG noise very deftly.

I admire what you have posted here in TN. All the shots are clean and good in details worth to have a second look.
This is so cleverly isolated subjects eliminating all the possible busyness. The blurry background contrasted well with this beauty and the red flower.
I like it and keep it up and keep posting.
