Hello Kelvin, you are up nice and close to the gull - well, they do love fish and chips - so I guess you were tempting him.
You show him sharply, and with good details, but the white head and neck feathers are over-exposed. That is a problem we often have with the white seabirds.
The eye looks great - it is so clear and I can even see the patterns in it.

Nice to see a close up of this gull. I have always found the red patch on the bill interesting; the first time I ever noticed this I thought it was tomato sauce from eating someone's fish & chips! LOL. The white area on the top of the head and back of the neck is a tad over exposed, as pointed out by Janice, but otherwise this is an excellent and well handled portrait. Perhaps clone out the lens flare in the bottom right corner. Well done.
