Good capture of the white flowers, the lighting is good and the view is nice. The flowers seem to hang down like a lamp-shade.

Hello Lou,
Al weer een van de rode lijst. De kievitsbloem. Prachtige foto en heel bijzonder. Erg scherp en mooie natuurlijke kleuren. Goede compositie. Jij en Gert vullen elkaar aardig aan. Tot 20 jaar terug was ik ook bijna alleen maar geïnteresseerd in wilde planten. Dus wie weet.

Hallo Lou,

Heb ze verleden jaar al in alle twee de kleuren geplaatst hoor!
Bovendien zijn dit geciltiveerde uitgeplantte kievietsbloemen.
Wel een mooie opname trouwens.
Ze komen alleen in het wild in NW overijssel voor (origineel)

It's so wonderful to see this beautiful flower in both the white and purple versions. I would have guessed that the unusual purple was the rare one. Wonderful colors and details and a lovely setting.

Good observation. Indeed the white flower seems very rare, and even the purple on is hardly seen in the Netherlands. The chess board structure of the purple version is not visible on the white one. It is therefore good that you captured both varieties in this picture.
