[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Normaly when you see Kestrels hovering, its hard te get them in a good picture, not only because of the AF problems, but mostly i guess because they create their own shadow.. With this one i was lucky, because it was sitting on a pole, and i was close and it did nog fly away.. I took a few photos, but then there was a car behind me on this road in the middle of nowhere and needed to hit his horn.. Kestrel away and i was pissed as hell. But after all i was quite happy with the results..

Goeie plaat Olger. Sharp details and nicely composed. Exposure is spot on and the bg is nicely blurred. This time the crop is just perfect. Well done & TFS!

Great composition and nice natural lighting in this photo Olger. I like they way he seems to look at you taking his photo. (or is he hearing the car approach?).
