This picture I took today, on a nice autumn sunday.
I spend this day at the Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park. And this is one of the colourful views as I saw it.

Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park (6,000 ha) is situated largely on a wooded glacial ridge that was formed in the last Ice Age. Forest covers most of the ridge, although there a few heaths and bog pools and shifting sands. At the foot of the ridge lie the water meadows of the Rhine. The National Park has a rich cultural heritage too: barrows, ancient farmland, tobacco farms and castles. There are also badgers and pine martens.

Park’s main features: Wooded ridge and heathland
Special flora: Wood anemone, spindle tree, sand leek, species of butterfly and dragonfly
Special fauna: 100 different bird species, badger, pine marten, species of butterfly and dragonfly

Hallo Nel,

Mooi herfstplaatje heb je gepost. Zo te zien een beukenlaan. Strak, zoals dat in de vroegere jaren een gewoonte was om aan te planten. De kleurenrijkdom van de echte herfst is toch -- ook hier weer -- onovertroffen. Je POV, BG en DOF zijn goed. Ik heb er vandaag ook van genoten. Alles rook zo lekker herfstachtig. Prettige avond en TFS BOB

I like your picture for its composition and the great perspective effect of the path that leads us trough the wonderfully coloured forest. I almost hear the leaves on the ground rustle at every step.

Attractive autumn scenery!
I like the carpet of leaves covering the road, and the contrasty tree trunks make a great lead-in...
Still some colours left in the foliage, and the fine light makes them stand out well!

Lovely shot. I like it a lot. Very nice path and terrific dry leaf cover. The rows of trees are looked nicely. I also like soft lighting and damped up a bit colours. Your shot reflects an autumn mood perfectly. TTS and kind regards. Pleasant art picture of high quality and impressiveness.

Leuk herfstplaatje. Prachtig om de verschillende kleuren van de bladeren te zien. Volgens mij zijn de bossen nu op z'n mooist. Goede compo en pov.

Hallo Nel , Prachtige foto van de bomenlaan ,mooie kleuren diepte compositie , wij waren in de buurt van zundert daar is het ook prachtig ,wat jammer was er was geen zon , groetjes teunie .
