Excellent shot, superb detail of a pretty scary looking animal. I though I had made up my mind on lenses to settle for the Sigma 50-500 but you've made me think again :) Great image.

A real primordial outing. Great result with the new tool/toy. I am glad on your behalf, that you finally got what you were looking for and that it seems to work well with you.
Great capture and timing of this Hamadryas sacred baboon - Papio hamadryas. Your composition & POV are well done. The colours are nice and very natural. DOF & BG are perfect with good detail on the baboon.

Hallo Reina,

ik heb hem in mijn favoritenlijstej er bij gezet. Goede getimde foto. Je bent op het juiste moment op de juiste plaats. Klasse. Scherp zoals we van jou gewend zijn. Je ziet de fijnste haartjes. Prachtig het verschil in kleur tussen het gezicht van de baboon en zijn grijsachtige beharing. Uitstekende POV en achtergond. Ik geloof dat we maar blij moeten zijn niet tussen die kaken te zitten.
