Wonderful capture.I liked vivid colors,dark BG,contrast between bird and BG,details and catchlight in eyes a lot.I think framing is a little tight and would be better if all tail were shown.Nevertheless lovely work!

What an amazing coloured bird is that? I think it has all colours of the universe on it. Like a rainbow. You are very successful to capture this beauty. Very well chosen POV and DOF. Main objects was very well seperated from dark BG. Lovely job!

Wat een kleurvolle vogel, mooi scherp en door de donkere achtergrond komen de kleuren ten volle tot zijn recht.
Jammer dat de staart er niet helemaal opstaat en aan de voorkant meer ruimte.

A colorful bird very well captured, the colors and the details are very good. The catch light adds value. The only nit is the tail is cut, was it intentional?

Very vivid colors that jump out at you..especially with this dark BG. Well exposed with good detail and DOF. The tight compostion is a matter of taste..but it works too :)

It is a color explosion! I like those details, exposure and nice dark BG. I would probably have cropped it a little less tight as there is a bit of tail missing but it is nice anyway. Good use of flash with nice lightning is his eye too. Well done and TFS,
