Superb shot, the composition is excellent and I like the POV and pose with the eye contact, nice detail with the water droplets on the Manderins Head, I really like the warm Brown & Gold tones and the water is lovely.

Oooh, she's beautiful Annick.

Of course she does not don the coat-of-many-colours which her counterpart has, but she has her very own charm and it is still quite extraordinary and amazingly spectacular.

There is no question about the love, patience and effort that went into this shot. It is superb in all aspects. The composition is brilliant, the POV is absolutely delightful, the overall cropping is great (just a pity you could not include the complete reflection at the bottom, but I believe this is how it came out of the camera), the dark brown and goldenrod colours are utterly stunning, the glowing BG is considerably complimentary to the lady, and the exposure was exceptionally and skilfully managed.

Well done Annick.
I like most the waters effect, from front to back. Very nice exposure and colors, sharp detail of the head and breast..
I notice you shoot consistantly at F4..

Hi Annick

Another very beautiful shot from you!
The reflections on the water here, together with the colors of the mandarin make such a great atmosphere here!
I like the sharpness here (considerring the conditions) and the way the drops of water look on the head of the bird.
Also the POV is great and the compo is gorgeous.
Very well done, again :)
