[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
On of the first orchids I ever found and knew what it was was this marsh helleborine. IT's a hard flower to photograph because it has some white and dark insides, so it's easy to wash out the highlights, and the flower is very 3D so it's very hard to get all in focus. I think i succeeded pretty well here on a cloudy day with F20. There had to be no wind (try that in Holland!!!) to get it at 1/13. Hope you appreciate its beauty

Thank you for that picture of this orchid. This is a lovely picture.

The composition of the picture is interesting ; maybe could you have adopted the vertical presentation ?
The sharpness is very good for that difficult "3D" flower.
The depth of Field is correct, giving us many details. The colors and the contrast are realistics.

Fascinating flower :-).
