The Lily looking pads truly help this image...I also like the previous with teh whole gaggle...but here one can focus on texture alone...so in a way this together makes for a good lesson...Much appreciated and I thank you for your Birthday Wishes!

Hi Peter,

It's nice to see this Bar-headed Goose posing alone after having seen the group. He is very beautiful with his bars on his head, his long neck and beautiful feathers. Colors and details are excellent. I love the setting with the lily pads.

This is one of those images that just automatically draw the eye closer. It is really a PPP - Pretty perfect photograph.
