Here another woodpecker. This bird is not easy to approach, but when you park your car in front of the tree where it's nestling you have a good chance. I stayed in the car for at least 3 hours. Hope you like it!

Oeh, well worth waiting for! Beautifull DOF. I use the same camera and was wundering: Do you use Continuous AF? Sharpness in the picture seems to be more on the tree than the woodpecker. I feel continuous AF could have helped. Anyhow, it's a splendid shot. I never got this beauty to pose for me... My compliments, Arjuna.
