Firstly, yes it rains alot!!. Thanks I've downloaded Neat Image.

This is a super shot. Lots of deatail, not just with the Warbler, but with the web too. As for the reed, .....Does it matter. It doesn't detract and if it bothers you that much you could easily clone it out.
This is great.

Hi Harry.
Wonderful image, pin sharp on the Warbler and he just pings out against the lovely DOF and colour of the background, so here the out of focus grass does not grab at my attention first.
Composition slightly left with grass flowing into the top right is perfect, lighting, detail, all just great.

Excellent photo! The colours are superb as well as the composition. I really like how you have positioned the bird to the left of the frame looking towards the right, as well as the reed to the right. The clarity and details are wonderful, especially of the bird and the lovely dewdrops on the spiderweb. Well captured!

Lovely shot!! Like the composition of the dewy branch, pose of the bird with beak slightly open and the dewy cobweb adds the extra little bit that makes this pic just lovely!!

Agree with your assessment of the OOF branches in the foreground, maybe they could be photoshopped away?

Een schitterende opname met mooi licht,zelf vind ik de riet in de voorgrond niet echt storend in de compositie,ik heb een poging gedaan in een workshop om het riet in de voorgrond weg te klonen.

This is a superb capture of the Sedge Warbler, a species that I cannot get close to take a shot as good as this. Were you in a hide?
The composition on a sedge is excellent, together with the pleasing bokeh BG.

Well composed...
Very sharp especially towards the edges....
I wonder if the former is a Nikon trademark; maybe it is my imagination and I has to be said I have little advanced knowledge in comparing Nikon to Canon. What was your priority criteria for choosing Nikon instead of Canon? If I may ask?

Quelle belle galerie ! Beaucoup de finesse dans les détails de cette image et dans sa composition. J'aime beaucoup l'attitude de l'oiseau, avec les pattes en mouvement, et les couleurs de l'herbe, avec un bg idéalement flou.
