Wow ! Great action shot of immature grebe showing off the striped coloration on the head and neck. Lovely POV, great color and detail and the focus is perfect with good DOF.

I've seen young grebe many times but always at a distance, sometimes riding the back of an adult, but never been close enough to get a decent shot with the equipment I have. Some day, though... :-)... maybe.

What a beauty! I love the position you caught this Grebe in with the flapping wings. The further one shows off the curve in the neck so nicely. Beautiful colors and details and wonderful ripples in the water.
