Hi Pieter, beautiful picture.
I don't found anything wrong, it's very good. I especially like the POV, very low and nice angle, your knees must be dirty.;-)
Good details, composition and colours.
Great work.

Hi Pieter. Excellent shot! The not so blue sky goes well with the dull spring colours of the ground and the brown colours of the geese. Nice angle as well. Very well done. Thanks!

Nice shot! You've captured this pair of Greylags well. Sharpness is good, as is focus - about the only thing I think I'd suggest is perhaps a little more DOF (f6.7 or f8 maybe?), since I think the one looking into the camera isn't quite 100% sharp. To be honest it might be, at this size it's hard to say - have a look at your original in 100% view... I think if you had the time I'd have moved to the right a bit - that way you'd get them more evenly matched in distance and they'd be closer together in the frame - just a thought. Your choice of a low angle has worked very well - it's always worth getting your knees dirty for a shot like this! Well captured :-D

Pieter, Excellent capture on this pair of Grelags Good color and details with a nice OOF backround. I like the low angle, it makes a nice ground level perspective. Nice Shot!
Pieter, Very good shot with a nice POV. Great details and I like this couple presented one standing and one sitting..I'm still trying to fiqure out what sits in front of the Greylag on the ground...Nest or Poo Poo!!! ;-))

Pieter you have a winner here. The low POV adds a tremendous impact to this capture. I agree with Adrian on sacrificing a bit of SS for extra DOF. Exceptional shot of the surroundings and the interesting geese. Very well done.

Pieter, be sure I did enjoy this: excellent pov and composition. The blurred bg works really well here. Besides, excellent sharpness and poses.
Congratulations.

He Pieter, mooie plaat man! Zeker omdat je mooi speelt met scherptediepte en het feit dat het qua compositie interesant is, omdat de foto niet vanuit het midden komt! Mooi gedaan.. Leuk speelgoed zon spiegelreflex vind je niet?

Hi Pieter, very nice composition nad the geese are both in focus. Nice scene, very well done.
Is that a big poo in the middle? If so maybe you could have called this "Something has come between us lately"

Or maybe very realistic, connected to everyman life title - 'Shit happens'. Do you think they're both thinking - 'God, what did she/he eat to make something like that?'
Excellent scene - picture with 1000 stories :-)

Nice one Pieter! Good camera and lens work. Are you pleased with the new toys? I think you've caught these two very well. The colours are good, and so is the sharpness of the birds. Well done.

I think the controlled depth of field is what makes this photo extra special. The geese are in perfect focus, just the top of the head not too good on the right. Other than that, this is great work.

Great picture. You must have been pretty close to get them with that lens. I have the same one and it is quite tricky to get close enough.
The note is good too.

I don't know why I haven't critiqued this before now.
Very good composition, great sharpenss (the lens looks OK to me!) and good contrast/colours. The grey sky is a bit of a downer but that's not your fault!
