Fine capture of a Ruddy Turnstone beginning to moult into winter plumage. Maybe the image is a little too closely cropped but it is taken from a fine POV with pretty good sharpness.

Allo Pat, je découvre ce magnifique oiseau très bien posé, avec des couleurs magnifiques. J'aime beaucoup l'arrière-plan, pas totalement flou, avec suffisamment de détail pour que l'on voit où est situé l'oiseau et suffisamment de flou pour donner une très jolie couleur. Merci!

I have not heard of nor seen this bird that I can remember. You image is fine enough that if I should run into one some day I will recognize it. Your picture has a nice quality of colour that sticks with me well...nice job of framing as well...notes took me a bit..I can read French only a bit..but it is a good lesson for me...and helps me in my speak in as well...

Hallo Pat
This Ruddy Turnstone is quite a colourful bird with fascinating plumage. Thanks for thanks for sharing. I have never seen a bird with disarray of shades of colours in the feathers like this one. I think the Red Indians will be very jealous if they see these feathers and compare it to the ones they have in their headgear. If I look closely and between all the leaves on the ground it seems as the colour if this birds paws are bright orange.

belle photo d'un oiseau de rivage, excellent détails de son plumage,
un angle de vue que j'aimes, j'allais te critiquer sur le cadrage
en te disant que j'aurais préféré un peu plus d'espace devant l'oiseau
moi je vois en haut qu'il y a un bout d'oiseau hors-focus
alors je me suis dit comme ça c'est bien mieux il n'y aura
rien pour gêner notre vue vers le sujet principale de l'image

Qu'elle photo intéressante! Je n'avais jamais vu cette espèce avant. La composition, prise de vue et exposition sont suuperbes ainsi que les teintes de couleurs. Les détails auraient pu à mon humble avis être un peu plus accentués mais ça n'en demeure pas moins, une excellente photo. Merci!

J'avais mis une longue critique hier sur cette photo, et il semblerait que j'aie oublié de l'envoyer ... Comme tu le vois, elle m'a beaucoup plus, puisque je reviens l'admirer ce soir. Tes deux dernières photos sont de purs chefs d'oeuvre. Je trouve superbe encore celle ci, avec ce plumage qui ressort magnifiquement de ce joli fond. Bravissimo !

La photo manque peut-être un peu de netteté, mais elle nous montre un oiseau que je n'avais encore jamais vu, et qui est aussi très beau. J'adore ses couleurs. La composition, le POV et la pose de l'oiseau sont super, et j'ai bien aimé aussi la petite note informative. Félicitations !
