Today a very rare fungi in the Netherlands.
In the Netherland are this specie on the Red list and protected by federal law.
I think these specie are everywhere rare an on the Red list.

Latin name - Phaeolepiota aurea

A lttle to find on internet and here are a little text in German.

Occurrence: Late summer until Octobers, gladly with fuel meals at edges of forest way, in parks, at edges of forest, with organic refuse dumps, on fat, nutrient-rich grounds. Far does not spread however frequently. Description: Hat: 8-20 cm (and more largely), gold-yellow to orange-brown, often with small darker marks. Surface mica-industrial union-fine-grained, only very late and when strong striking down nearly bald becoming. Hat lower surface is enough by a membranous, mica-industrial union-fine-grained Partial Velum taken off. Behangen after breaking the partial covering edge with membranous Velumfetzen. Handle: Cylindrically, to 15 cm long, 1,5 to 2,5 cm thickly, the hat equivalent, point bald, ring membranously, ascending hanging, seal and handle below the same mica-industrial union-fine-grained. Lamellas: Yellow, orange or brown-yellow, standing, broadly, freely or at the handle only narrowly attached. Meat: Whitish, sometimes something gilbend, thickly. Smell: Insignificantly. Taste: Mildly, something pulling together. Hi Gert.
You have pictured a very cute fungi family. Every of them is very nice and surrounding formed by dry leaves are looked excellently too. I think level of contrast would be improved a little bit. My kind wishes and TFS.
Alexei.

Honestly I had no clue that fungi were red flagged...but beyond that new information, this is one super image...it says fall all over it...surrounded by the dead decaying leaves it could not be more perfectly positioned..Very nice sir!

Hello Gert,
A great fungi portrait of P. aurea, a rare species that I think is absent from Sweden. The technical and esthetic aspects of this image are superb and once again would be a fine illustration of the species in a book on fungi.
TFS this fine image,
Have a good weekend,
Ivan

Hi Gert,

I never realized there were fungi protected by Federal Law! A beautiful shot of this mushroom family against the dead leaves. Your always excellent colors and details. The uprooted fungus adds extra interest to the picture. Excellent notes - you are educating me.

Jane

Hello Gert,

Your mushrooms have a very fine light rendering fine color tones. You have chosen a good DOF keepimg in focus the whole group. There is a nice match with the background.

Thank you for sharing,
