Jaap, I may be wrong, but I have the feeling the shot was oversharpened.

Anyway, it's a great capture.

Hi Jaap,

A well captured Dfly and well composed.

Careful on the super cropping in post pro as one can see the pixels in the background which is not noise, though there are some noise around the end of the body from sharpening after neat image.
The bright colors are OE.
Sorry friend for the critical.

Hi Jaap,
I like this wonderful dragonfly in excellent sharpness. The colours are pretty and the highlight is this big eye in different colours, beautiful.
I also wanted to show my dragonfly today, but so many perfect ones are there in these days, (I feel like a coward) perhaps tomorrow.

I have to agree with Livio. The shot seems to be overscharpened and the lines are a bit harsh because of that. Composition and POV are as always very good. Colors are nice too. TFS!

I agree with Mike about the pixelation and the dragon being a little OE on the bright areas and I think it is a little oversharpened.
