Every time again it is impressive to see the swans swim in this disciplined way. They don't have a fixed order and I think I have picture of all combinatinons by now.
And uh, still no airborn.

Hi Hendrik

Superb capture, great POV and what a wonderful pose with the Family Swimming in a row, nice detail and colours too, I think the Swan Family I visit will be flying soon as the Cygnets are doing plenty of wing exercise early in the morning at the side of the Pond then they do a bit of Fly/Walking onto the pond so I think it will be soon.

You must be doing something to make them always appear in perfect order - white, grey, white, grey... :-)

Lovely composition, gorgeous colours and just a lovely scene

An interesting composition, Hendrik.
I like the pattern of white and grey swans alternating.
I guess the adults are keeping close tabs on the young ones.
Great POV and sharp details.
TFS. : )

Bonjour,
Belle composition qui met bien en évidence l'aspect grégaire de cette famille de cygne.
Bonne journée.
