| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
The Grebes are an ancient family going back 80 million years. They are adapted for diving, with legs set back on the body and toes lobed.
They spend virtually all their time in the water
and are very ungainly on land.
This one is taking a rest. |

I like the warm colours and reflections of the reeds. The bird itself is pretty dificult to make out clearly, but worth a smile for the beautiful colour.
this could be a painting!i like the reflections on the water and the lonely duck.nice soft colours too.well done!

Hi Ken, the colours and lighting are superb but the duck is hard to see. The composition is very nice and I like the low angle view. Good job.

Ken, great colours and mood! I love warm light almost golden. Superb composition with colorful duck on golden BG. TFS!
Great colours on the photo, but not clear enought :-(
