a beautiful picture from the north, the night light is very nice.Lovely colours and good compostion.
The summer is it light all night long but in the other hand it's almost no daylightin the winter instead.:-(

The title is spot-on...it really appears to be the end of the world :)
Splendid capture with such a grand palette of colors and tones just blending into each other.
Also, i would have never thought this is midnight until i rad your notes...and now th picture seems even more spectacular :)

Wow, very nice spectacle of nature from your part of the world. I was in Alaska years ago in December, and experienced similar..The blue in contrast to the gold colors of the sky are wonderful mf.

Love this kind of landscape. Amazing colors. DOF is excellent. Like the composition of the sun behind the clouds but having its warm yellow reflection on the ocean. Superb details on the clouds and nice deep blue sky.
If these are usual colors over there in the Scandinavian countries, I guess I know why the official colors of Sweden are yellow and blue.
By the way, did you really had a 30 sec exposure since the clouds are not blurred?

A very unusual view, with the blue sky cracking through the dark clouds.
It must have been a stunning experience to have actually been there to take this shot.
