| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
This is a stone marker, showing the path of the trail leading up to a beautiful mountain called Storefjell (Big Mountain). In Norway, many trails are marked by the norwegian hiking association, either this way or with a red painted letter "T" on a rock. In the background you can se the snowy cap of the Folgefonna glacier, where you can also find a summer ski center.
The post processing of this image was done in my early digital days, and could have been done much easier, i see now. I added extra lighting effect on the stone marker, and adjusted contrast on the whole image without using layers, which would be much more convenient. Well, anyways, the important thing is that this is a little picture to share the beauty of nature with you all :) |
