[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The mountain Dalsnibba (1476m) is a touristic "highlight" on the way to Geiranger. Normally the average pictures from this mountain shows us the view on Geiranger with or without cruiseships in the fjord.
This time I choose to picture the surrounding mountains at the right side of Dalsnibba.
I was caught by the beauty of this scenery, the light was OK, there where fantastic clouds and the atmosphere was bright enough to enjoy the fantastic scenery. Hope you like it too.

Hi Ruud,

You had better be careful: With photos like these you are going to have more tourists there clogging up your fjords. We have spent a lot of time boating the fjords on the coast of mainland British Columbia. We used to have it pretty much to ourselves but I can hardly describe the cruiseship traffic there now. We sold our boat!

This is a nice shot with good detail all the way through. I like the rocky foreground, the mountains and mist in the mid ground, and the interesting patterned sky. Lots to look at. Thanks

Hoi Ruud,
Weer een prachtige foto van Noorwegen. Ik heb overwogen om dit jaar naar Noorwegen te gaan maar heb besloten naar Montana te gaan. Ik denk dat ik volgend jaar dan voor Noorwegen moet kiezen. De mist vlagen in deze foto zijn erg mooie, met mooie diepte van de berg keten.
