Hi Pablo!

Wonderful colors and a very good composition. The lines in the field come together in the right and in the tress they come together on the left. It gives a "zigzag" pattern that leads your eyes all the way through the picture.

Hej Pablo,
Very interesting view across this field to the band of Alder at the base of the forested hills. I expect there is a stream or river there too which we can't see here. A fine composition in lovely colours. Very intersting note too!

I love the way the Alder rise up and form a block - very impreesive. Alder are water loving trees and often line the banks of streams here - though in ones and twos - nothing like this. An impressive composition.

Looking at your picture remebers me that the warmer seasons are coming soon. The different layers of color make this picture an outstanding one: the yellow of the field, the green of the forest, the blue of the sky, the whole well distributed and balanced.

Another well thought of picture and one in which you really took care about the composition!
I really like the way the alders pop-up - with their white bark standing out even from the BG.
The colors everywhere are very beautiful - typical for October - and the overall exposure is well controlled.

Hello Pablo,
The alder grove beyond the cereal stubble makes an interesting dividing line in this composition and the skyline makes it a fine composition, the conifer-cladd slopes of the mountain dotted by autumnal colours with the blue sky contrasting against the gold of the stubble. A very nice image to view and thanks for sharing it.
I didn't know alder wood was good for making quality guitars. I knew only that it was good for making clogs!

Once3 I owned 10 acres near Seattle, so long ago. Everyone told me the alder trees were weed trees. After reading your account, they would have made great firewood, or just to enjoy them growing..... I had mostly cedar, now long ago sold. It was my dream to live in Washington state, so beautiful. Norway seems to be beautiful, but dark cold winters sem unbearable to me. How can you not go nuts without sun?

Hi Pablo, nice shot of this stand of Alder. You have it nicely positioned between the up front field and the conifers on the hill. You can see how it follows the river, as described in your notes. The colour in your shot is good with great saturation, with good sharp detail seen in the foreground field and in the subject trees.

Hello Pablo,

You have mixed some contrasting colors very well here. The foreground is just brilliant under the light with uniformity of threes creating the edges. The pines on the hill is well contrasting against your spotless blue sky. Excellent landscape composition here.

The trunks of this alder trees really stand out from the dark canopy and the other trees in the back. The framing of this photo is great, the pale blue sky above the trees and the warm field below channel your eyes perfectly toward the Alder.

Although You don't upload Your wonderful new photos, we don't forget You... You know what I think about Your always fantastic landscapes, this one isn't an exception: perfect composition with the field, the mountains and the row of trees on the riverside between them.
Made a quick WS, because the colors are a bit too cool to my taste - or blue was a little more than the optimal by my personal POV.
