[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is a picture towards the sky, just 30 meters in front of a birdcliff. It is pity that a picture cannot reveal the sound, but especially the smell of such a place. To and from the cliff there were kittywakes Rissa tridactyla continuously flying in circles before landing or after taking off. A magnificent sight against the blue arctic sky, which looked a bit like dancing. The star of the dance is posted in the workshop...

Hello Jacob,
I love these beautiful snow-white birds and can imagine the sight and sound you experienced here. They look truly beautiful against the blue sky and I like the fine capture of the star in the workshop.
Many thanks and cheers, Ulla

Hello Jacob,
An unusual and very attractive capture of a group of Kittiwakes circling in the blue sky.
I like the different shades of grey and white caused by the arctic light on the various angulations of their wings, which creates additional interest in the shot.
In Sweden the Kittiwake is called the three-toed gull and it is pretty rare.
Well done and TFS!
Ivan

Hi Jacob, what an unusual shot, they are like aeroplanes doing aerobatics in the sky. Very nicely composed and all look good against the blue sky. Great work.
