Winter landscape at Drevjo.
We were on our 5-day tour with Huskies. A beautiful landscape waits for us. We are crossing frozen lakes, driving through snowy forrest and resting in wooden simple houses which are used in summer time by woodchoppers. 5 Days no hot water, only every morning at an ice hole a short zero-degree "lick and promise"

A tour with Huskies!? How exciting! And how hard! 5 days with no hot water and zero-degree! I wouldn't be able to stand it! But how beautiful this snowy landscape and what a good shot after all!

Hi Achim,
Wonderful winter shot and I like the light and shadow effect on the white landscape. Very neat and sharp image with lovely colours and superb exposure levels. Seems like you really enjoyed your trip. Hope you share some more images from there. Excellent POV and composition. Kudos.

You hace framed this image with great diligence to create a highly artistic composition, Achim.
The pristine unspoilt white snow contrasts beautifully with the dark shapes of the trees.
The depth of view is also excellent in this serene landascape picture.
