This is a simple but very effective picture. I like those great details you caught with very good and well saturated colors and nice lightning. I can almost hear the "crisp" it is doing under my feet which makes the birds fly away when I’m trying to photograph them ;) Well done!

nicely saturated shot, i like the single green leaf curled up in the top half of the shot, adds a nice bit of contrast to beautiful rusty golden colours of the rest of the leaves.

A beautiful frame filling composition of the different fall colored leaves. This really gives me the warm feeling I get from the fall colors.
The flash really helped you to reduce the shadows and highlight the details of the leaves.
What a huge pile of dead leaves.

I like the details here. The flash looks fine, though I can tell you usd it (the refelctiveness of the leaves). I can't really compare without seeing the other, though (WS). One of my favorite things to do when I can't decide, is to dial down the flash (to -1.0 or so) -- then you get a mix of natural and artificial light.

This is a nice strong image Pablo. I love all these colors. My first reaction was that it seemed a little bright and/or contrasty...maybe it is the flash making the whole image too evenly bright or else it may be the contrast with the white frame that I reacted to. I'm not sure. It is really sharp and interesting. I love fall leaves.

Hi Pablo!
I love the autumn colours even on the ground. Looking to your picture I can hear the sound of the foot smashing it walking on the leaves. I have my own post to celebrate this nice moment from the nature and it is a picture that I like so much, also because I have nice memories from the Canadian autumn. We don´t have autumn colours like in the northern, so I think that the fall is always a nice season to travel to the north. Thanks for sharing this beauty.

I think it is a perfect shot! The flash remains natural, like on a sunny day. Maybe with mirrors, we can have the same effect, but it is complicated to do.

I lovely scene of autumn you have captured here. You have presented the colours of autumn beautifully, in a well composed shot, with great details on the leaves. The textures are displayed beautifully. I think a scene like this we miss so often because we tend to look pass the beauty of it, just because it is an everyday thing we see. – A heap of leaves, no matter what season, it is there.
