[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
There are quite a lot of pheasants in this area. However the birds are watchful and it's quite diffilult to approach them. I got this one accidentally when I was coming back from a walk. It sprang from the grass when I got too close and started to flee. I didn't have time to adjust any settings in my camera but somehow managed to get it. This is a grown-up male...there were no other birds around at that time.

This pic looks better if you are at least 1 meter away from the screen.

Hi Rafal,
very special and good shot with the blurred background, even if the pheasant is not very big on it.
thanks
Pierre

hello Rafal

and welcome to TrekNature

you did a great in-flight shot of the pheasant,
with your low shutter speed you get a in French we saye
« effet de filé » i don't kno how to say in English,

i love that effect that you get and we can feel
the speed of the pheasant, fine Point of Vue and framing

Very beautiful motion blured background you got here.
Although in the distance, the detail on the subject is good.
Artistic post, I like it.
Thanks and my late welcome to TN, Felipe.
