Hallo Chris
Although one cannot see the facial area of either of these butterflies, this is a lovely image. The colours and details on the wings captured is super. The image as a whole is beautifully displayed and the clarity of the patterns is super. I like the almost see through tips on the wings. Thanks for sharing. Best regards. Anna

I'm impressed both with your butterfly site and your pictures on TN. I chose this shot because it is one of my favourite species, now much rarer in my country.
An unusual POV taken from below while feeding to show the wings with excellent sharpness and lighting against a contrasting natural BG.

Precioso e impactante conjunto Chris. La disposición de la mariposa sobre la planta y la forma creada es espectacular. Bellos colores.
En lo negativo, el ángulo creo que podría ser mayor, osea, sin recortar tanto la fotografía, aunque esto es solamente mi punto de vista.
