Hi Pawel,
very impressive, high quality shot of this translucent sawfly larva. The light, the subdued colors, the background, the great sharpness, all is perfect.
Its clearly not a caterpillar because there is no leg free segment between the the thorax and the abdomen. I think it is a Cimbex connatus larva, the Large alder sawfly (Hymenoptera; Cimbicidae) , because of its size and the leaf it feeds from.
