Eastern Poland is worth a visit for many reasons but for me the population of Lesser Spotted Eagle (Aquila pomarina) was the attraction. Great views of hunting birds in the agricultural landscape. I'll post some more pics.

Hi Paul,
Great in-flight shot of this lesser spotted Eagle. Good exposure, great detail even in the shaded areas and nice light in the eye. Nicely framed and beautiful clean blue sky for a backdrop, great shot.

I love these birds! It is not easy to catch them in flight and you did great! We can see details very well. This is a nice compostion, POV and ligtning, TFS,

Hello Paul,
We have a couple of them where I live, but the are quite rare and not easy to see.
The picture is very good, I like the framing and POV. The quality is preety nice though picture is maybe a little noisy.
Overall, it's an interesting post!
