| Another Lesser Spotted Eagle (Aquila pomarina). This is a second year bird, a non-breeder summering in Poland. It roosts with three other young birds in a small poplar forest on the plain of the Bierbrza marshes in Eastern Poland. The picture was taken hanging out of my car window. The bird ignored me: eagle arrogance. You can see it in it's eyes. |

Hi Paul,
Nice catch of this beautiful bird. As you surely know, the POV is a little distracting with leaves in “avant-plan” but with these wild birds, we can not always do what we want...Sharpness on the bird is great! TFS,
Claudine

Shame he wasn't on an open branch :-) but a really lovely bird to see. I love the attentive look. Great capture - well done
